EXPLORING TRAUMA, HEALTH, AND PERSONAL GROWTH

LA8A0200.jpg

hi! i'm trî *

* i use they/them pronouns and spell my name all lower case. i prefer lower case for writing, but for this site, i use standard capitalization for legibility.

I help increase empowerment through self-knowledge and systems thinking, so we can change the conditions that perpetuate trauma. As a somatic trauma and pain recovery specialist, I help people understand and transform the patterns that shape their lives.

"Health is about attunement with purpose"
- Barbara Brennan

I love helping people find the root causes of pain, injury, and trauma, in order to integrate and change those patterns of thought and behavior that make it more challenging for them to be who they want to be in the world.

A large aspect of my life practice is continuous study and integration of knowledge. I am constantly expanding my understanding of what is possible, so I can fold it into my own experience, as well as share it with others.

ABOUT THE GARDEN

This is my digital garden— an organic space, somewhere between a notebook and a blog, that allows for thoughts, ideas, and knowledge to be connected and cultivated in public.

I have had these notes living in my head for years, but I found it challenging to write polished blog posts that felt complete enough to publish. Discovering digital gardening showed me a way forward, where I can create and change in real time as my understanding continues to evolve.

Dispersed within this digital garden are collections of notes about the nature of reality, energy and healing principles, trauma and identity, systems creation,
and above all, the importance of consciousness and mindfulness.

My garden is organized into:

🌱 notes : ideas I'm growing in the moment
🌳 pages : grounded living resources

I invite you to explore these paths, looking past the surface of conventional wisdom, to question what we are told is possible. I hope to support you to develop a strong connection to your own innate experiences of your body and life.

Every body is different. There is no one right way to live.
