My path into holistic healing began with a life-changing accident in 2008. After being rear-ended on my scooter, I experienced debilitating chronic pain that left me bedridden for days at a time.  After a year passed with little improvement, the doctors couldn't find anything "wrong" with me, so they diagnosed me with fibromyalgia.​

My priority in life became health and wellness, and I researched and experimented with many different doctors, therapies, nutritional protocols, types of exercise, and drastic lifestyle changes to see if anything could make me feel better. After years passed without significant changes, I felt completely helpless and terrified that I was going to live the rest of my life suffering from constant pain and permanently disabled.

Eventually, my path led me to Craniosacral Therapy. I had significant relief after receiving sessions. However, wanting to learn more to help sustain the effects between sessions, so I started taking classes at Life Energy Institute. I stopped having chronic pain shortly after I started studying Craniosacral, and layers of trauma started unwinding as I went down the rabbit hole of studying holistic healing.

From there, I studied nervous system regulation through Somatic Experiencing, ancestral trauma through Family & Systems Constellations, psycho-trauma and parts integration through Identity Development Constellations, functional health restoration through osteopathic manual therapy trainings, and flow, productivity, and lifestyle shifts through coaching trainings. And I'm continually expanding and going deeper in my healing studies, as well as now teaching courses.

I discovered my life's passion in studying holistic health and personal development, and it has become my mission to research and integrate diverse therapeutic perspectives to find real answers to the questions we have about how our bodies and minds really work. I believe that we can overcome trauma and pain to live more expansive lives.

In my opinion, holistic health is about understanding that medicine can come in all different forms. It is about each individual finding the medicine that works for them, whether it is allopathic, naturopathic, or shamanic to name just a few. Every body is different. I fully encourage people to explore and discover what works for them, and I'm honored to be a part of that process.
